Some may be looking for an escape from the biting winds and all encompassing snow while others may be excitedly anticipating the arrival of winter so they can start cozying up and can engage in winter-related activities. What may be paradise for one may be hell for another. This is why it's extremely hard to rate the appeal of a city based on its weather.
